Our office in Iowa City, has a recently updated patient bathroom that sits just off the private waiting room that homes 2 couches and comfortable recliner. Bring a friend or family member with you, we have plenty of room! They will have access to free Wifi and TV with satellite.
We build our facials from hard acrylic, this provides a life like prosthesis that is comfortable and easily worn. The benefits of working in hard acrylic is that it doesn't start to smell with the absorbtion of liquids, the edges stay intact and don't wrinkle, and it is easily modifiable to make it last as long as possible even as the body changes.
Whether due to a health related issue or an accident, eye loss can be a traumatic experience. We will do everything we can to restore you to your new self.
Our office is located on the South East side of Iowa City. We offer free parking in our private lot. A comfortable relaxed environment makes appointments a joy and not something to stress.
Follow The Ocular Octopus's Adventures! This guy gets around!
I have been taking my son, who has microopthalmia, for maybe three years now. He is five now. They have a fantastic relationship with him to the point where he will simply lie on their couch and remove his conformer. He even looks forward to his visits now. We are so fortunate to live close the best ocularists in the country.
I have been a patient here for over 35 years. Their attention to detail and patient comfort have always been amazing. No matter where I lived in the country, I have always returned to Yeager Ocularists for both new prostetics and check and polishing. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyes.
Dan and now Hillary have been, and always will be world class professionals.
